What kind of photo should I upload?
Choose a clear, well-lit photo where everyone you want included is fully visible. Original photos from your phone or camera work best. No professional photography is required — we review every photo before creating your artwork and will contact you if another image would give you a better result.
Will I see my artwork before it is printed?
Yes. You’ll receive a digital proof within 1–2 business days. Your artwork will only be sent to print once you’ve reviewed and approved it.
Can I request changes to my artwork?
Yes. One correction is included if an important detail from your original photo needs to be adjusted, such as hair, skin tone, clothing, positioning or another defining detail. Because each piece is artistically interpreted in your chosen style, changes based purely on artistic preference are not included.
How long will my order take?
Your digital proof will be ready within 1–2 business days. Once you approve your artwork, it is sent to production. Printing and shipping times vary depending on your location, and tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Where do you ship?
We ship internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated based on your destination and canvas size and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
